BidsCue is an AI-powered document analysis platform designed to help organizations analyze bids, RFPs, and tender documents. Our Service provides automated document processing, eligibility extraction, risk analysis, and other related features.

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

User Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidsCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BidsCue and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BidsCue is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
